2015-16 BOYS SOCCER INFORMATION
With the boys season right around the corner, now is the time to start thinking about what you can do to make yourself a better player. Attending soccer camps and following a conditioning schedule are very important parts to prepare you for tryouts come August. There are 4 parts to a single soccer season. Pre-Season, Regular Season, Post-Season, and the Off-Season. Of those 4, the Off-Season is the MOST IMPORTANT. How you prepare in the off-season, will dictate how the other three seasons go. If you choose to do nothing in the off-season, you will find it very difficult to have a success in the other three seasons. Stick to the conditioning schedule below and watch the results happen!
